Aparat Max A de la Healthy Start (USA)

Caracteristici:

Disponibil în două dimensiuni:

• 2-6 ani pentru dentiția de lapte.
• 6-12 ani pentru dentiția mixtă (inclusiv premolari permanenți).

Se recomandă utilizarea acestuia timp de 1-2 ore pe zi într-un mod activ (instruind pacientul să apese limba de cele trei aripioare linguale) și eventual pasiv noaptea.

• Max A (Maxillary Advancer) este noul dispozitiv al liniei Healthy Start®, conceput pentru a interveni în cazuri de subdezvoltare ușoară sau moderată a maxilarului care nu este asociată cu tendința către clasa a IIIa.
• Prezența barei inferioare subțiri permite împingerea linguală împotriva celor trei aripioare superioare pentru a favoriza extinderea arcadei maxilare, fără a interfera cu creșterea mandibulară.

Max A (Maxillary Advancer) is the new device of the Healthy Start® line, designed to intervene in cases of mild or moderate underdevelopment of the jaw that is not associated with a tendency towards class IIIa.
The presence of the thin lower bar allows the lingual thrust against the three upper fins to promote expansion of the maxillary arch without interfering with mandibular growth.
It is recommended to use it for 1-2 hours a day in an active mode (instructing the patient to press the tongue against the three lingual fins) and possibly passively at night.
Available in two sizes:
2-6 years for milk teeth.
