Contrastorul ocluzal "soft" este conceput pentru a simplifica vederea oglinzii ocluzale - capatul curbat ridica buza pentru a o tine departe de dinti si a o impiedica sa se plieze peste marginea incizala. De asemenea, previne aparitia buzelor si a narilor in fotografie.

Este fabricat din otel inoxidabil maleabil acoperit cu silicon negru moale, hipoalergenic. Suprafata lui mata este opaca si nu reflecta lumina. Acest lucru il face mai confortabil pentru pacient si poate fi indoit pentru o pozitionare mai usoara. Include trei dimensiuni (45mm, 55mm si 65mm) intr-o singura bucata.
